Google officially released a new Panda update version 3.8 on June 25th, 2012. This update only entails a data refresh, not an algorithm change like 3.7 had. Even though the update is less impactful as priors, it is still important to check your search engine page results (SERP’s) after any Google update to see whether or not they are affecting your site. In most cases, your site will experience some change. However, it should be nominal. Just remember to steer away from “black” and “grey hat” search engine optimization techniques; Google’s intentions with the Panda updates is to squash spammy sites and increase their overall search result quality.
